Here are the new hot spots for 2022.

Hotel La Palma, Capri

Dolce Vita dressed in Francis Sultana’s design magic awaits you at the magical Capri. Oetker Collection’s first property in Italy will occupy the old La Palma Hotel which was the island’s first hotel opened in 1822. The exclusive 50-room-and-suite hotel is just steps away from the famous Piazzetta and it will comprise a rooftop restaurant and bar, its own beach club, a newly built pool deck, a spa, and high-fashion boutiques.

One & Only Aesthesis

Situated in 21-hectares of an exclusive beachfront estate in Southern Athens, One&Only Aesthesis is the new Grecian escape. Here, you’ll discover the natural thermal springs of Lake Vouliagmeni and the endless cove beaches bathed in ancient mythological landmarks. The collection of rooms, suites, and villas will embody the timeless glamour of the Aegean alongside the Chenot Spa.

COMO Le Montrachet

COMO is bringing its contemporary flair to the sought-after Côte-d'Or region, providing unparalleled access to some of the most famous Grand Cru vineyards. Paola Navone is in charge of complementing the historic 18th-century property with her contemporary touches. The new luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Burgundy, Le Montrachet will open in phases, with phase one scheduled to be completed in 2022.

Six Senses Rome

A UNESCO setting and Patricia Urquiola will work together to make the new Six Senses Rome an unforgettable place. Located on Piazza di San Marcello, the hotel will occupy the 18th-century palazzo by Tomaso De Marchis. The first Six Senses property to open in Italyincludes 95 rooms and suites, a spa, restaurant, events terrace, outdoor courtyard garden, and a rooftop terrace with a 360° view of the city and monuments.

Peninsula Istanbul

Along the banks of the stunning Bosphorus  – the meeting point of East and West in the beautiful historic city lies Peninsula Istanbul. Within walking distance to many of Istanbul’s most dazzling historic landmarks, the hotel will offer lush landscaped gardens, swimming pools, and picture-perfect rooms with a view.
