Closest airport is Perugia which is 40 min by car.
The villa is arranged on two levels and features 5 spotless, modern bedrooms. The sensuous leather floor and luxurious golden stone bathroom will enthral the occupants of the master bedroom and opens to the modern art-filled upstairs lounge. On the opposite side, a hallway leads to 3 bedrooms, of which one has 2 large single bunk beds. A bedroom facing the garden has versatility for use as either a charming ground floor bedroom or guest room, or as a children’s playroom or a quiet study. The fully appointed and fitted high-tech steel kitchen is modishly chromatic, with black marble work surfaces and a central island and breakfast bar.
